Benefits for holding Season 1 NFTs
Season 1 NFT Types
There will be two types of NFTs released between now and the end of Season 1, which will last 2-3 months. Season 1 will be themed "Vikings in the Miniverse":
Season 1 Premium Drop = ultra rare 10,000 finite supply NFTs, featuring unique Viking armor that won’t be available anywhere else in game
Season 1 Loot Collection = different set of Viking armor and weapons, gated by in-game effort, that will be earned from the Battle Pass (BP) and Season Quests. Total quantity will depend on number of players participating and level of participation (low BP tiers will be high quantity, and high BP tiers will be much lower quantity)

Season 1 Premium Drop will contain 10,000 unique NFTs that will not be available anywhere else in the game, and will differ from the Season 1 Loot Collection
Battle Pass Season 1
Features Season 1 Loot Collection Viking outfits in the Battle Pass that differ from the Season 1 Premium Drop outfits
Viking outfits and weapon skins granted as Battle Pass rewards will be “mintable” after the end of Season 1, meaning they can be minted by the player into NFTs
Players will be able to go into their in-game inventory and mint these items if they connect a web3 wallet and pay the network transaction costs
1. Premium NFT Raffle for Season 1 Loot Collection Holders

250 Season 1 Premium Drop NFTs
How it Works
250 Season 1 Premium Drop NFTs will be reserved from the Season 1 Premium Drop
At the end of Season 1, we will take a snapshot of all Season 1 Loot Collection holders. For each NFT they own, they will be given one entry ticket into a Season 1 Premium Drop raffle
Wallets containing winning NFT id’s will be airdropped Season 1 Premium Drop NFTs
Note: These NFTs will be eligible for the $CHEDDAR airdrop + Staking Rewards
2. Mutant Generation from Premium Drop NFTs
Prize/Benefit
Ability to create Mutant characters in the Lab by combining DNA strains from Premium Drop characters from multiple different seasons (e.g. Viking + Cyberpunk + 80s Action Hero)
After five generations of breeding, a Mutant can be evolved to its Final Form, which will be a special transmogrified version of that character (e.g. golden/animated skin)
How it Works
Premium Drop NFTs will generate DNA vials over time
These DNA vials will be used in the Lab to create these Mutant generations of characters
Once a Mutant has reached its Final Form and contains traits from five different seasons, it will be eligible for a legendary transmogrification
This transmogrification will recolor the character geometry into a special skin (example below)
3. Battle Pass Boost
Prize/Benefit
Season 1 Premium Drop holders will earn extra Battle Pass points, allowing them to make progress through the Battle Pass faster during the Season 1 Battle Pass
How it Works
After a match, Season 1 Premium Drop holders will get extra Battle Pass points
There will be 5 tiers of boosts
Tier 1: 10% boost for holders of one Season 1 Premium Drop NFT
Tier 2: 20% boost for holders of 2-4 Season 1 Premium Drop NFTs
Tier 3: 30% boost for holders of 5+ Season 1 Premium Drop NFTs
Tier 4: 40% boost for holders of 10-24 Season 1 Premium Drop NFTs
Tier 5: 50% boost for holders of 25+ Season 1 Premium Drop NFTs
If this functionality ends up not being ready at launch, the boosts will be applied retroactively before the end of the Season
NFTs listed on a marketplaces will not be eligible to receive these rewards because marketplaces take custody of the items that get listed
4. Weapon Airdrop

Weapon Skin NFTs that match characters from a given season
How it Works
For each Season 1 Premium Drop NFT that someone holds they’ll receive 1 random Weapon Skin NFT
This will happen at a random point in time during Season 1
NFTs listed on marketplaces will not be eligible to receive these rewards because marketplaces take custody of the items that get listed
5. $CHEDDAR Airdrop + NFT Staking Rewards
Prize/Benefit
$CHEDDAR from staking Season 1 Premium NFTs when the $CHEDDAR token is released.
$CHEDDAR airdrop for those Premium NFT holders that held through a majority of our snapshots during Season 1 (airdrop delivered in stages over time to minimize sell-side pressure)
How it Works
NFT Staking Rewards
For each Season 1 Premium Drop NFT that someone holds, they’ll be able to stake and receive a quantity of $CHEDDAR when the $CHEDDAR token is released
Each Season 1 Premium NFT has a max quantity of $CHEDDAR that it can reward. This $CHEDDAR reward will be released over time as long as the player keeps the NFT staked.
$CHEDDAR Airdrop
Those players that held their Season 1 Premium NFTs in a single wallet throughout the majority of the snapshots taken during Season 1 will receive a $CHEDDAR airdrop.
This airdrop will be broken down into multiple stages to prevent too much $CHEDDAR being released into the market at a single time. So if you qualify for 5,000 $CHEDDAR as part of your airdrop, you would receive a % of this $CHEDDAR each month as long as you maintain ownership of the NFT
Random snapshots were already taken during Season 1 to verify NFT ownership and holding. However, there will be additional snapshots taken with each $CHEDDAR airdrop to verify that you maintained NFT ownership.
NFTs listed on marketplaces will not be eligible to receive these rewards because marketplaces take custody of the items that get listed
UPDATE AS OF AUG 2022
Many members of our community have been affected by the recent Slope wallet exploit, and as a result, have moved their S1 Premium Heroes to different wallets or to cold storage. We realize that this will be very problematic for the upcoming $CHEDDAR airdrop, since holding duration is evaluated when determining quantity of $CHEDDAR dropped to holders.
We have decided to require all S1 Premium Holders to opt in to the $CHEDDAR airdrop by providing the wallet they wish to receive the airdrop to, and providing the wallet that they previously used before the Slope exploit so that we are able to link holding history.
Even if you didn't switch wallets, you still need to fill out the form.
The following form will be live until we commence the $CHEDDAR airdrop - no official time has been announced for this airdrop yet. Please fill out this form to ensure that you will receive your $CHEDDAR when the airdrop takes place.
6. Season 2 Whitelist Raffle for Season 1 Premium NFT Holders

How it Works
400 whitelist spots for the Season 2 Premium NFT Drop will be reserved for Season 1 Premium NFT Holders.
At the end of Season 1, we will take a snapshot of all Season 1 Premium Collection holders. For each Premium NFT they own, they will be given one entry ticket into a Season 2 Whitelist raffle
The winning 400 wallets will be be able to participate in the Season 2 Premium NFT Whitelist Pre-sale
Players must be in the Discord and be authenticated in the #hodler-war-room channel in order to be eligible for this raffle
7. Season 2 Premium Battle Pass

Access to the Premium Tier of the Season 2 Battle Pass
How it Works
The Season 2 Battle Pass will include two tiers of winnable prizes: 1) Premium Prizes and 2) Regular Prizes
Premium Prizes will include higher rarity rewards that will only be available to those players that have access to the Premium Battle Pass
